Job duties include, but are not limited to, installing building automation wires, sensors, panels, and controllers. Applicants should also have experience with building automation systems controls start-up and commissioning.
Compensation
Follows the Local 602 union scale. A qualified technician can earn above scale depending on experience. Compensation starts at approximately $45+ per hour with a company vehicle, healthcare benefits, pension, PTO, and more. Will require travel around a 50-mile radius of the immediate Washington DC region.
Qualifications
– 3+ years of HVAC controls installation experience
– Physical ability to lift or manipulate heavy equipment, climb tall ladders, and work in tight spaces
– Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record
– Ability to pass drug tests and a background check
